If a paper jam occurred, pressing the "R" key can reverse the paper. If this does not remove the paper jam, soften the blockage with plenty of special cutting block oil for about 60 minutes. The paper can then be pressed down using a thin piece of cardboard. Please ensure that you machine is switched on while pressing down so that the engine can provide support in removing the blockage. Please check that the safety element on the insertion slot is engaged. The machine switches off when pressure is applied to the safety element. Press the safety element downwards until it engages. If the safety element is engaged, please check that the upper part is properly seated on the collecting container. If the machine is overloaded, allow it to cool down for about 30 minutes.
