Optimum compaction of hard plastics -
with the HSM V-Press 860 S
Hard plastics present particular challenges for compaction. Due to the material’s high stability, standard baling presses are often not sufficient to compact these materials efficiently.
With the HSM V-Press 860 S, HSM offers a specially developed solution which was designed particularly for this challenge. The machine impresses with its particularly robust construction, high pressing power and an optimized pressing performance which enables reliable bales to be formed, even with resilient plastics.

You would like to press polystyrene?
Due to its volume, polystyrene is a logistical challenge – but HSM baling presses are the optimum solution. They compress the material efficiently into manageable, stackable bales, thereby drastically reducing the volume. This saves both storage and transport costs and creates ideal prerequisites for resource-friendly recycling.
Depending on the amount of material, we recommend the HSM V-Press 860 max for larger volumes or the HSM HL 3521 T for particularly bulky material.
Compress HDPE hollow bodies efficiently

Hollow bodies made of HDPE are light, bulky and take up a lot of space – both in storage and transport. The HSM baling presses reliably compress this material into compact, stackable bales.
