Powerful baling presses
for industrial requirements
In industry, large quantities of recyclable materials as well as packaging materials are generated on a daily basis – in the production, incoming goods or shipping departments. HSM has robust and powerful baling presses which were developed especially for continuous use under challenging conditions.
However much space is available or whatever types of material have to be processed – HSM has the solution for your industrial application.
Tailor-made baling presses
for industrial applications
Each industrial environment puts its own demands on waste management – high quantities of material, special recyclable materials or complex processes. HSM has a baling press suitable for every application: robust, efficient and tailored exactly to your requirements.

The advantages at a glance:
- Cost savings: by eliminating container rental and reducing disposal costs
- Space gain: through compact storage of pressed bales
- Volume reduction: of waste by up to 95%
- Easy operation: intuitive and time-saving – ideal for daily use, even with changing staff

An investment that pays off
Bales with a certain weight have a higher market value. This means you may no longer have to pay for disposal – instead, you could generate additional revenue.
You save expenses on rental, disposal, and personnel costs thanks to time savings through shorter transport routes. This way, the purchase of an HSM V-Press pays for itself in no time.
Our customers - our best recommendation

More revenue, lower costs – this is how baling pays off
In the production of our high-quality upholstered furniture, large quantities of foam offcuts are generated daily during foam processing. We now compress these with the new HSM HL 3521 S in significantly less time than before. Thanks to the simple and intuitive operation of the HSM press and the use of Quick-Link wire, we were able to considerably reduce setup costs. The bales weigh between 350 and 400 kg and therefore contain up to 50% more material than before.
This makes selling the bales more profitable and saves costs for storage and transport.
