Integrate the HSM press solution into your current operational procedures and processes and select the operating side according to your requirements. Thanks to their compact design, the HSM channel baling presses have a low space requirement. Compact bale dimensions simplify handling during removal and transport.

Channel Baling Presses for
Medium to High Volumes of Material
The HSM channel baling presses for medium to high volumes of material are suitable for continuous loading and for a variety of materials with bulk weights of up to 60 kg/m³. They are versatile and suitable for special materials (on request). Maximum compression and high bale weights are guaranteed. There is no problem including and integrating them into automated industrial production processes.
Channel Baling Presses for
very High Volumes of Material
The HSM channel baling presses for high volumes of material are designed for the professional disposal industry or for industrial applications with high throughput capacities. They are particularly suited to cardboard, paper and foils, but also to compress DSD (dual waste system materials in Germany) and PET bottles -sometimes also for sorted residual waste and alternative fuels (additional materials on request). Due to the large loading apertures and short cycle times, even materials with a bulk weight of over 60 kg/m³ can be processed. Continuous feeding is suitable for a variety of materials with a bulk weight of up to 60 kg/m³. The frequency modulated drive (optional) saves 40 % of the energy but gives the same performance.
