The high-performance HSM perforators perforate PET bottles prior to being compressed. In the compression that follows, this pre-processing of the material ensures optimum compact bales. The perforators HSM PET PF 600-4 and PF 1200-4 have very high throughput capacities with excellent price/performance ratios and complete the HSM range of disposal systems.

Durchsatz bis zu 37 500 PET-Flaschen (1 Liter) pro Stunde
Ideal als Zusatzoption für HSM VK-/AK-Kanalballenpressen oder wahlweise als eigenständige Anwendung
Einsatz mit Untergestell und Trichter für alle Systeme mit Förderband, auch für Nachrüstung bestehender Systeme
Perforierung von leeren und / oder vollen PET-Flaschen (max. ca. 2,5 Liter), mit und ohne Verschluss
Durch die Löcher kann eventuell vorhandene Luft entweichen, dadurch wird ein optimales Pressergebnis erreicht, dies spart Transport- und Lagerkosten
Robustes Schneidwerk – verarbeitet auch einzelne Glasflaschen
Integration des Perforators in den Einfüllschacht möglich. Das manuell oder automatisch hydraulisch verschiebbare Schachtteil ermöglicht die Verpressung von Materialien, bei denen der Perforator nicht benötigt wird
