HSM SECURIO P44i document shredder
The top document shredder in the HSM SECURIO P-series range with IntelligentDrive and touch display. This powerhouse with 205 litres of collection volume reliably processes large amounts of paper and is therefore optimal as a department document shredder.
The innovative IntelligentDrive motor and operating technology offers three operating modes. Either for a particularly quiet, normal or a up to 40 % higher performance data destruction
This maintenance friendly document shredder has an integrated automatic oiler which ensures that you have a consistently high cutting capacity.
The induction-hardened, solid steel cutting rollers with a lifetime warranty can easily cope with staples and paper clips and guarantee durability.
Intuitive operation and multi-language menu selection via the high resolution 4,3" touch display. Relevant information such as operating modes and status reports are displayed. Consumable material, machine and contact details can be called up.
The powerful motor ensures a high cutting capacity and reliable continuous operation.
In stand-by mode, intelligent control programme EcoSmart ensures there is an exceptionally low power consumption of 0.1 watts.
The operation is very easy: the device starts automatically when fed paper and automatically stops after shredding is complete.
Due to the intelligent paper jam prevention feature, the system recognises automatically and quickly whether too much paper has been fed in. The machine goes into reverse or increases the power temporarily and pulls the paper in.
User safety is paramount. A slight pressure on the safety element immediately stops the paper feed and prevents unintentional entry into the machine.
The document shredder has a sturdy cabinet with a wooden floor and an extra-large door opening angle which facilitates removing and replacing the collecting bag.
After opening the door, the reusable collecting bag can be easily removed and emptied.
The full bin is indicated via the display and the machine switches off automatically.

HSM Warranty
5 year warranty on the HSM SECURIO C-, B- and P-series document shredders in security levels P-2 to P-5 according to ISO/IEC 21964 (DIN 66399). 3 year warranty on all other HSM SECURIO document shredders.
Lifetime warranty on steel cutting rollers
HSM grants an additional warranty, independent of the standard warranty, for HSM steel cutter shafts in the HSM alternating current paper shredders for the entire lifetime of the devices (HSM Lifetime Warranty). The document shredders with the cutting sizes 0.78 x 11 mm and 1 x 5 mm, HSM OMDD and all shredstar models are excluded from this warranty.
